Select your choice of a pneumatic meter-out or meter-in flow control valve. The port is a 1/8 in. NPT male thread, and 1/4 in. diameter tube can be pressed in to the push-to-connect fitting.
Meter-out allows for the flow away from the cylinder to be controlled. This definition assumes that the pneumatic cylinder is on the NPT thread side of the value. The opposite flow is not restricted.
Meter-in allows for the flow towards the cylinder to be controlled. This definition assumes that the pneumatic cylinder is on the NPT thread side of the value. The opposite flow is not restricted.
